How often do you check my domain?

We run daily checks on your domain to monitor expiry dates, SSL certificates, and DNS records. This ensures you get alerts well before any issues become critical.

What exactly do you monitor?

We monitor four key areas:

  • Domain expiry - Warn you 30+ days before renewal deadlines
  • SSL/TLS certificates - Alert you 15+ days before certificates expire
  • MX/NS records - Ensure email and DNS are properly configured
  • DNS changes - Detect unexpected modifications to your domain's DNS

Can I monitor multiple domains?

Currently, each subscription covers one domain. If you need to monitor multiple domains, please contact us for custom pricing. We're working on multi-domain plans for future releases.

What happens when you find an issue?

We immediately email you with details about the issue, why it matters, and recommended next steps. For most issues, we can also help you fix them through our ForgeFix service.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your Stripe dashboard or by contacting us. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

How do I change my email address?

Contact us with your domain and new email address, and we'll update your monitoring preferences.

What if I don't receive an alert email?

Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see our emails, contact us and we'll help troubleshoot the delivery issue.

Is my domain data secure?

Absolutely. We only store the information needed to monitor your domain (domain name, email, and monitoring status). We never share your data with third parties.
