1. About Us

Domain Forge provides expert digital infrastructure services including domain setup, email configuration, DNS management, and troubleshooting support through three main offerings:

DomainForge – Core services for email, DNS, domains, and website launch assistance.
ForgeFix – Troubleshooting support with a “no fix, no fee” guarantee.
ForgeScan – Automated domain health checks and detailed reports.

2. Services Offered

2.1 DomainForge (Core Setup)

Setup of Microsoft 365 mailboxes and aliases
DNS record configuration and migration
Cloudflare DNS and security implementation
Support for domain transfer, renewal, and registration
Vanity email, form integration, and website templates

2.2 ForgeFix (Troubleshooting Support)

Flat-fee tech support with a “no fix, no fee” promise
Software installation and setup assistance
Remote-first hardware diagnostics when feasible
Email forwarding, alias repair, and app configuration
Advice on technology selection and setup
Pricing per incident or via support retainers

2.3 ForgeScan (Domain Health Reports)

On-demand scans of email, DNS, web, and security setups
Custom-branded PDF triage reports
Checks including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, hosting visibility, and registrar status
Advanced reports and full analysis available on request

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as listed on service pages or in quotes.
Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days unless otherwise agreed.
ForgeFix support is free if the issue cannot be resolved remotely within the agreed time.
Support retainers are billed monthly or annually as arranged.
Payments are made via bank transfer unless other arrangements are confirmed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate access credentials securely (e.g., Bitwarden Send) when requested.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and access controls.
Domain Forge is not liable for client-side misconfigurations, expired domains, or third-party outages.

5. Data and Security

Passwords and login credentials are never stored.
Sensitive access details are deleted after work completion unless otherwise agreed.
All data handling complies with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All tools, scripts, templates, branding, and designs remain the property of Domain Forge unless licensed otherwise.
Unauthorized copying or redistribution of ForgeScan reports, branding, or templates is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
Domain Forge is not responsible for losses due to third-party provider changes, outages, or misconfigurations beyond our control.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

We may decline or cancel work if requests are unreasonable, incomplete, or unsafe.
No fees apply if work has not started or if “no fix” conditions apply.

9. Changes to Terms

Terms and Conditions may be updated occasionally and take effect upon publication on our website.
