1. About Us

Domain Forge is a digital infrastructure consultancy offering domain setup, email configuration, DNS optimisation, and troubleshooting support through the following services:

• DomainForge – Core digital setup: email, DNS, domains, and website launch support.
• ForgeFix – Troubleshooting and digital first aid for small business and personal setups.
• ForgeScan – Automated domain health checks and triage reports.

2. Services Offered

2.1 DomainForge (Core Setup)

• Microsoft 365 mailbox and alias setup
• DNS record configuration and migration
• Cloudflare DNS and security implementation
• Domain transfer, renewal, and registration support
• Vanity email, Tally form integration, and website templates

2.2 ForgeFix (Troubleshooting Support)

• Digital first aid: fixed-fee tech support with “no fix, no fee” guarantee
• Software installs and setup (e.g., Outlook, Apple Mail, MS Office)
• Hardware diagnostics (where practical, remote-first)
• Email forwarding, alias repair, app configuration
• Advice on tech stack selection and setup
• Priced per incident or with optional support retainer

2.3 ForgeScan (Domain Health Reports)

• On-demand scans of email, DNS, web, and security configurations
• PDF triage reports with custom branding
• Checks include SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, hosting provider visibility, and registrar status
• Pro-level reports and full analysis available on request

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is as advertised per service page or quote.
• Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
• For ForgeFix support, if the issue cannot be resolved remotely or reasonably within the agreed time, no charge will be applied (no fix, no fee).
• Support retainers are billed monthly or annually, as agreed.
• Payment is by bank transfer unless alternative arrangements are specified in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate credentials and access details in a secure way (e.g., Bitwarden Send) when required.
• You remain responsible for maintaining your own backup and access policies.
• Domain Forge is not liable for errors caused by client-side misconfiguration, expired domains, or third-party service outages.

5. Data and Security

• We do not store passwords or login credentials.
• Sensitive access details are deleted after work is complete unless otherwise agreed.
• Any data shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All tools, scripts, templates, branding materials, and design assets remain the intellectual property of Domain Forge unless otherwise licensed.
• You may not replicate or redistribute ForgeScan reports, branding elements, or website templates without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
• Domain Forge is not responsible for any loss of service, email, or data due to third-party provider changes, outages, or misconfiguration beyond our control.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel work at our discretion where requirements are unreasonable, incomplete, or unsafe.
• In such cases, where work has not commenced or where “no fix” applies, no fees will be charged.

9. Changes to Terms

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated occasionally. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on our website.
